About the Journal

POLITIKOS: Journal of Social and Political Philosophy is an open access and a refereed academic journal intended to bring together different traditions in philosophy. The Journal will be published as 2 issues per year, June and December.

Aim: The Journal is devoted to publishing high-quality papers in analytic and continental social and political philosophy.

Scope: The Journal aims to create a platform for discussion by addressing the political, social, ethical and legal issues that concern social life, both theoretically and practically. The Journal’s Academic Advisory Board is composed of well-known scholars who have different interests in social and political philosophy. Therefore, all articles related to social and political philosophy are welcome. Authors are encouraged to submit original, unpublished contributions. Papers written in the area of Political Science and International Relations are also accepted on the condition of their relation to philosophy in general.
